Production Notes - "Modesto Rock"
Production & writing experiment for a future project. Mostly programmed & reamped in-the-box, with the help of DI guitar samples, plugins and the like. Much tone tweakery, thanks to Tesla & Thin Lizzy for the general inspiration. No solos, just big, Rammstein-like riffs! \mm/ Custom Kemper patch used for the final mix (Victory Amps V4 "The Kraken") profiled here in the studio.

* I should mention that in the interest of trying to maintain a full
double-precision signal path, I'm trying to wean myself off the plugins
marked with an asterisk. Single-precision in 2019, really? I'm looking at you,
iZotope.

& Voxengo's Boogex (both
free) are the only
double-precision convolvers I've found to date. If you find any others, please
let me know!
